Oaks x RDC Adopt a Block Cary
The Adopt-A-Block outreach ministry is one of the ways Oaks Church partners with Raleigh Dream Center to change the atmosphere and building transformational relationships by being present in local neighborhoods. The strength of Adopt-A-Block is its ability to build strong, lasting relationships within the community that will allow us to speak into someone’s potential and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Each event lasts 2 hours where we knock on doors, provide free groceries for households, pick up trash, play with children, and have intentional Gospel conversations. It’s family friendly, so kids are welcome. Our Adopt-A-Block program provides over 10,000 pounds of groceries each month at no cost to under-resourced communities.

RDC Street Outreach & Family Night
Join Oaks Church as we partner with Raleigh Dream Center for Street Outreach and Family Night! A multi-part Tuesday evening with several volunteer teams. Some are open signup, others need approval first. Staff and volunteers meet people experiencing homelessness at Moore Square and pick up at local overnight shelters, offering prayer, care packages, and bus transportation to RDC for a free hot meal (5:30 PM), worship, and Bible study.

Oaks 101 is our monthly experience that's designed to help you grow in your relationship with God, learn about your God-given gifts, and become a member of Oaks.

Join our team this August 8th-12th as we partner with a local church in Puerto Rico. We will be assisting the church with various task from agricultural work to helping the elderly.

Back to School Outreach
Join us in our Back to School Outreach this year, taking place July 19-July 26th, as we partner with Raleigh Dream Center to provide backpacks and school supplies for children in our outreach communities and the Wake County Public School System.
Donate
A backpack can change a child's future by helping them excel academically. It also helps them feel accepted socially on their first day of school when they have all the supplies they need. Supply list HERE.
Volunteer
Raleigh Dream Center's yearly Back2School Bash event is a highlight event where we provide children with new backpacks filled with school supplies, a gospel tract, and a note of encouragement. Ecuador Mission Trip (July)
Join our team this July 11-18 as we partner with local churches in Ecuador and share the Gospel. Watch Kent's Ecuador story HERE and learn how his first missions trip forever changed his relationship with Jesus and others.

Serve Month
Join us for serve month this July-August at Oaks Church as we love the city of Raleigh and beyond, all for the sake of others. Please select the projects you are most interested in through the registration HERE.
We will be reaching out to you to relay all needed information prior, including meeting location and time for the assigned project.
Youth: High School Event
Sunday, June 28th, we will be hosting a High School Youth Offsite at Drive Shack from 12:30–2:30 PM following service! There will be a 10$ registration fee.

Sunday, June 14th, we will be hosting our next Youth Offsite at Bowlero Cary from 12:30–2:30 PM following service! Middle and High School will have separate designated lanes with leaders to connect with students in their grade level.

Oaks Summer Camp
We are excited to welcome your child to a fun-filled and meaningful summer at our Christian school and church! Our camp is designed especially for children ages 3 through 2nd grade, offering a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered environment. Each day will include hands-on learning experiences such as STEM and creative exploration, engaging games, outdoor play, and group challenges that encourage teamwork and friendship. Through it all, children will grow socially, creatively, and spiritually as we incorporate Biblical values, prayer, and joyful learning into our daily activities.
Dates: June 8 – July 3
Days & Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Ages: Preschool – 2nd Grade (3–8 years old)
Cost: $200 per week (Total Amount $800)

At Oaks, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We thank God for their sacrifice and pray for peace, comfort, and unity for all who remember them. May we live in gratitude for the freedom they helped preserve!
