The Student Director will lead all efforts as it relates to students accomplishing the vision of Oaks Church.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Minimum of three years of hands-on student ministry experience.

• Effective pastoral leadership.

• Systematic team building and leadership development experience.

• Ability to communicate vision.

• Student ministry health assessment, analysis, and restructuring experience.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.

• Leadership and administrative experience.

• Must be energetic and able to stand or sit for lengths of time as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the oversight of College Ministry, Youth Night and all middle school and high school ministries in addition to student internships.

• Ability to host services and host guest pastors.

• Be available for and assist leading youth conference, retreats and missions' efforts at the campus.

• Consistent involvement with the pastoral needs of students.
